"Ron Firle did a stand up job of taking care of my needs and wants. Was an overall great experience for me. I had the cylinder covers diamond cut and painted. There is a site called the diamond cut guy, on face book. Its in there if you want to see what im talking about. The carbs are cleaning out well. Going to have to see how to make exhaust less loud. "In September of 2012 I bought my third Victory, and my second one from Surdyke. The first one was a Kingpin that I bought at Victory Lane. The Kingpin was a good bike, but that's all I was satisfied with at Victory lane. Being happy with the Victory bikes I knew I would have to find another dealer when looking for a Cross Country. I had heard about Surdyke from a friend, so I gave them a call. I talked to Jerry about letting me know when they would have a Cross Country in stock so I could get a look at one up close and personal. Jerry kept me informed about when the CC would arrive and I went to see it immediately. I was impressed by the CC, but also by Jerry, Chris, and Jeremy. Their friendliness, courtesy, and most of all their knowledge about the Victory line was something I was not used to. Needless to say I bought the CC. I never had one regret and have always been treated with respect when having any questions or concerns about the bike.After 2 years and 30,000 plus miles, I decided to give the Vision a test ride. I didn't think I could like a bike more than I did the CC, but I do. The Vision is a remarkable ride. After the test drive my wife and I sat down with Chris and worked out a deal for the Vision. "I recently purchased a used Victory Vision at Surdyke motorsports. Upon arrival to the dealership i was promptly greeted, and made to feel welcome. I found a bike i wanted to test ride, and Jerry spent a lot of time with me explaining options, etc. Later he directed me to a used Vision that had gotten traded in recently, i immediately fell in love! With the boss's permission i was granted an extended 2-day test ride, and ultimately wound up purchasing the bike, and i could not be happier...except maybe if i didn't have to make any payments, but hey we can't have everything, right? The day i brought the bike home we noticed an issue with the rear brake sensor switch. I called Jeremy about it in the service dept. He offered to send a driver 75 miles (one way) to pick the bike up and get the problem fixed (free of charge)! Fellas, that's friggin SERVICE !!! So far, i am very impressed with Surdyke ! "I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks for the great customer service and especially, service work, performed on my '07 Rhino by Surdyke Yamaha. I did not purchase my Rhino from Surdyke, but you would never know that by how well I am treated there. I called a few weeks ago to get a dollar estimate and time estimate on getting all 4 bearings replaced. Dirk, the Service Manger, told me it was a good time to get the work done and he could schedule it right away. I told him I would call back and schedule it in. I did call back, but it was over 3 weeks later. Dirk told me they were several days on out service since spring weather had finally arrived. I asked if there was anything he could do to get me in sooner, and he did. Not only did he get me in sooner, he scheduled the work so I could drop it off one evening and pick it up the next evening. How many times have you dropped off your ATV, UTV, boat or whatever and wondered...how long will they have this thing? Not here. They did exactly what they said they would! Something I didn't request deserves a thank you as well....thanks to guy who bled my brake lines and eliminating the mushy feel in the pedal. The brakes are like they were new again...thanks again! All of this done and the final bill was exactly what Dirk quoted me almost a month ago. No surprises, no problems, fixed just like they said. I live in Farmington, Mo., less than 10 minutes from Donelson Cycles in Park Hills. Service like this is well worth a few extra miles to Surdyke in Festus. Thanks again to everyone involved! "Good evening, My father's ATV had been submerged in river water by someone who borrowed it. I did what I could to get it running for him again, but the bike would not start. I contacted your Service Department and my call was answered by Jeremy. We discussed what happened, what I had done to correct it and what I found when I went through it. We also discussed what may be the problem and Jeremy got us into the shop promptly. Your service department was able to diagnose the problem without having to tear the motor down. There was also a recall on the bike that we had not received notification of, which they took care of with no problems. I just wanted to say that it is hard to find good customer service these days and that Jeremy and the rest of your service department did a great job getting the bike running and back to my folks quickly. The bike only had approx 20 hours on it and my parents were very disheartened when I told them that it may have to be torn down and rebuilt. They are extremely happy with the outcome! I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service and the professional manner in which this was handled. I know just enough about these things to be dangerous and Jeremy was extremely helpful and understanding. Each of them boys down there deserve a raise! "I purchased a XVS1300 for a very reasonable price here, great sales experience with Dan Farley, I also purchased some accessories late in the day and asked if I could have them installed now. They said no problem, hurried my bike back to service and had a windshield, highway bars, aftermarket mirrors, and some other chrome pieces installed that day. "It was on the occasion of Surdyke's Victory Ride on 4/6/2008. The ride left the Victory store at 10:30. At 10:00 I saw Jerry and said ,"Oh, good your store is open". Since it was Sunday I wasn't sure it would be. I told Jerry that I needed a set of brake pads and a book on how to change them. We looked at the book, which was a bit pricey and he offered an alternative to buying one. As he was looking for the book I was looking at a new model Vegas and asked, "Is this what my brake pads are supposed to look like?" He said yes and I said "Then mine are GONE!" He told me to ride my bike into the shop and then we waited for Teddy. Teddy arrived and changed the pads and found I had overfilled the reservoir, which caused the pads to wear prematurely. I paid for the pads, they didn't even charge for the labor, and I was back in line for the ride with 10 minutes to spare!
